I offer clinical supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors from a range of therapeutic traditions. My approach is led from the integrative transpersonal, my MA dissertation was an heuristic alchemical enquiry into dreams and retreats. I also have a particular interest, and experience in, trauma informed approaches including level 3 IFS training.
I hold a diploma in adult supervision and am a registered supervisor with the UKCP. I have also attended CPD supervision trainings with Robin Shohet and IFS approaches. I am a staff member on a UKCP and BACP accredited diploma training course and supervise individuals as well as groups as a Registered Training Supervisor (RTS) as well as working in the private and charity sectors. Additionally, I have completed the Integrating IFS into Supervision and Consultation workshop which means I am able to effectively supervise IFS practitioners.
As well as working with students for several years, I am a marker of assignments at CCPE which means I am well suited to tailoring supervision to the needs of student psychotherapists.
I approach supervision from a place of curiosity and open-heartedness. My aim is to support you in a way which best facilitates your practice. I work holistically drawing on a variety of approaches, as appropriate, including discussion, body work, modelling, role play, creative imagination, artwork, psycho education and more.
Please feel free to contact me for an exploratory session so we can discuss your needs and get an idea of whether we are a good match.
I offer both individual and group supervision.
Individual supervision ranges from £110.00-£160.00 per session.
Group supervision is online. Groups of four last for two hours - usually you will sign up together with your peers for a pre-formed group. The cost per person is £60.00.
